AutoLogic Board and Management Changes

AutoLogic Holdings plc has announced some changes to the structure of its Board. Andrew Somerville has been appointed to the Board as Finance Director with immediate effect, succeeding Russell Brown who becomes Chief Operating Officer.
Andrew Somerville joins AutoLogic from Universal Salvage plc where he held the position of Group Finance Director and Company Secretary from 2003 until the sale of the company to Copart, Inc. in September 2007.
Russell Brown becomes Chief Operating Officer taking responsibility for all of the Group’s operations in the UK and mainland Europe. Russell brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Prior to becoming Finance Director of AutoLogic in 2005, he was Managing Director of Walon UK, AutoLogic’s principal operating subsidiary.
Further to these changes to the main Board, Mark Hindley has been appointed as Commercial Director of AutoLogic taking responsibility for sales and account management activity throughout the Group.
