AUTOLOGIC HOLDINGS PLC TRADING ON AIM

13 September 2006

AutoLogic Holdings plc (the “Company”) are pleased to announce that its shares are now trading on AIM.

At an EGM held on 9 August 2006 the Company sought, and gained, approval from shareholders to transfer its share listing from the main market of the London Stock Exchange to AIM.

The cancellation of the Company’s listing of Shares on the Official List took place at 8.00 am on 11 September 2006 and admission to AIM took place simultaneously.

The Board believes that Aim is a more appropriate market for the Company, and that trading on AIM should lead to lower ongoing costs and a simplification of administration requirements. The board does not, however, envisage any alternation in the standards of reporting and corporate governance that the Company has historically achieved.
