AUTOLOGIC ANNOUNCES DUTCH PARTNERSHIP

AutoLogic, Europe's leading independent automotive business services group, has announced a strategic partnership with Dutch logistics company, Zegwaard Delft, that will see Zegwaard take over 40 transporters and 70 drivers to handle up to 150,000 Dutch car movements per year.

Under the terms of the partnership Zegwaard will also lease part of AutoLogic's Oosterhout site from January 1st 2006 to house its operations which increases the size of the company in Holland by a third. AutoLogic Group company, Walon BNL will continue to provide technical services and automotive PDI at the site, in addition to providing truck maintenance for Zegwaard.

The move leaves Walon BNL free to concentrate solely on supporting AutoLogic's international transport and business services network, with its workshops and fleet of 120 transporters linking with other AutoLogic group companies across Europe.
